The Account Manager is the link between our Operations team and the Client. Working as part of the Client Services team and with the support of an Account Executive, the AM has responsibility for the day to day project management of a variety of Homes campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the post also carries a considerable amount of autonomy and individual responsibility.
The role is an excellent opportunity to develop project management, people management and client facing skills in a fast paced and challenging environment. Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills are essential. Ideally, you will also have experience of account management and the face-to-face fundraising market.
