HOME Fundraising has launched its 2017-2018 Annual Review, showcasing a year of innovation and powerful human conversations.
The review explores what HOME is doing to develop and enhance the service it provides for charity partners, showcasing the continued importance and impact of positive conversation when it comes to creating successful long-term supporter relationships.
Emphasising the importance of creating the most positive supporter experience, the review includes an insightful contribution from fundraising leader Ken Burnett on the importance of strong partnerships between charities and the third parties that support them.
Dominic Will, Joint Managing Director of HOME Fundraising, said: “The fundraising market has been a challenging place in recent years and this has underlined the need to deliver fundraising at the highest standard, but also to be agile in our approach".
“For HOME, this year has enhance and adapt what we’re doing, broadening our approach to extend the door-to-door services we offer charities. And yet, the core of our work remains constant; creating solid and meaningful relationships between charities and their supporters, all of which stems from genuine, honest and caring conversations on the doorstep”.
